Infrared Scanning - Collection of Hot Spots

This is a collection of hot spot data from three Alberta wildfires in 2003 - Talbot Fire, Keg Fire and Jack Pine Fire. Two FERIC researchers, Ray Ault and Darren Woods worked within these fires to collect the size, temperature and over storey struture of hot spots. This information is provided to assist airborne infrared scanning system providers in their future development.
