An Excellent Source of Wildland Fire Publications Available
on the WWW
The Southern Research Station of
the USDA Forest Service has made available several fire research publications
available for downloading as a PDF.

There are currently over 300 items available on this
website. A good many of these
publications are of practical value to various aspects of wildland fire
operations in Alberta and many regions of Canada (e.g., safety, suppression,
